Control Centre Edits in PNC

PNC Editing

Some fields that were previously disabled when Service Manager was installed have been enabled.

PNC Equipment Phone Number

The PNC Equipment phone number can now be edited through the dwelling editor in PNC, this edit will update the Service Agreement Primary Equipment Phone Number.  If there is a request in progress when this edit is performed will not update the Primary Stock Item on the Request.

Delete Scheme and Scheme Dwellings

Scheme Dwellings that have been decommissioned and removed can now be removed from PNC through the standard deletion process, allowing for refurbished / upgraded schemes to be updated in the Control Centre Software.

Add 1st Residents on Scheme Dwellings

Scheme Dwellings that have been decommissioned and removed can now be removed from PNC through the standard deletion process, allowing for refurbished / upgraded schemes to be updated in the Control Centre Software.

Delete Residents on Scheme Dwellings

Residents can now be deleted in PNC allowing for quick tenancy changes to be completed, this will mean however that call history will not be re-set for the tenancy change if residents are removed in this fashion..

Edits Still Prevented in PNC

• Create Dispersed Dwelling
• Add 1st Resident*
• Delete Residents*
• Delete Dwellings
• Edit Equipment Model
• Edit Equipment ID
• Edit Dwelling (More) Details
