Dashboard

A new dashboard is available in the application giving Service Providers a near real-time view of the Service Delivery performance. The dashboard is available from the Home Page, with only particular users having visibility of particular tiles, with drill down capability to the underlying data. A micro 6-month trend chart is visible on each tile showing previous months and trends. The Service Agreement and inventory charts allow a user to remove measures from the chart so that users can home in on a particular measure and zoom in on a date range.

Zoom to an area by selecting and dragging the mouse over the chart area.

De-select Measures.
