Below you will find details of the known issues that are included in the 1.0 release of Service Manager

• Date of Death Resident still exists in PNC after decommission of all linked residents [58513]
• Contact in SM with 1 relationship added to a new SM and an additional contact record is created in PNC [59093]
• Linked SA duplicated on profile page when multiple stock items added to a request [56708]
• Reports only export the first page of results [50302]
• Script injection is possible within the site [48050]
• Owner details not saved for a Scheme Module [37126]
• Sorting on Name Column is incorrect [50031]
• Task that is unassigned is not displayed on the unassigned row of the timeline view of the planner [49482]

• The breadcrumb display will only display up to a maximum of two levels i.e. an Organisation and Team, adding multiple teams will render the navigation suboptimal. [3641]
• Operating the keyboard (input device) when operating a bar coding device "may" result in duplicate stock items or failed search results as the keyboard device may insert additional characters into the bar code input if used in conjunction with a scan. [1951]
• Stock Details breadcrumb is missing stock details label when the stock name is unknown [3073].
• Persistence of the search when using advanced search in stock item is not is not currently present, unlike the basic search. [6593]

Field Force iQ Integration Limitation

• FFiQ Application is supported in Android Kit-Kat4.4.x
• FFiQ Application is supported Android Lollipop 5.x
• FFiQ Application will be supported Android Marshmallow 6.x in January 2016
• Shift Start and End times are not stored within Service Manager when captured in the mobile device. [7440 & 7443]
• Tasks are not submitted with Geo-Tag information meaning proximity warning and map display are not utilised. [7759]
• Lookup lists must be configured in Service Manager and Cognito in order for data to be mapped between the two systems

Disabling SM Limitations

Activation date will not sync if SM is disabled
