Organisations can have teams, contact names, numbers and addresses assigned to them.
You can assign an account number and account reference to the organisation so that organisations paying for service users' service can be linked to an accounting package.
Teams
Organisations can have teams associated to them so that when linking an organisation to owning equipment or making a referral a greater granularity can be assigned to the association for more detailed reporting.
Contacts
Organisations can have contacts associated with them so that a point of contact for that organisation can be recorded within Service Manager in case the need arises for the application user to contact the Organisation about an issue that has arisen.
