Manage Roles

Each role has a set of predefined operations which defines the access given to the users. An Administrator can create and maintain system users, managing and amending roles when necessary. A user may be associated with a number of roles.  

Note: The privileges of a PNC user are not linked to privileges of a user in Service Manager. The roles must be managed separately.

Each role type has a set of 'tasks' and 'operations' linked to them through AzMan [http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb897401.aspx].
