Manage Workgroups

This area allows the administrator to control where users appear in selectable lists. A user can be assigned to none or many workgroups. If a user is not assigned to any workgroups then they will not be visible in lists in order to select or assign work to. Workgroups can also be used to define teams of users so that the requests can be assigned to teams rather than individuals so that a team can manage an assigned workload.
