Operational Reports
Operational reports can be generated from within the application to export and analyse Service Manager data.
- Select Operational reports to display the list of Operational Reports
- Select the report to display the report filters and date selectors
- Individual columns can be filtered by entering filtering information at the bottom of he grid
- Columns can be hidden using the show/hide button
- Reports can be exported
The reports available are listed below.
Assessment Next Review Date
Completed assessments on Live Service Agreements with a next review date are displayed in a grid, overdue [Red]; Due in next week [Amber] and Due in Next Month [No Highlight]. Service Users with multiple assessments will only appear when the assessment with the final review is nearing expiry.
- List of Assessments nearing review are displayed by default
- Overdue [Red]
- Due in next week [Amber]
- Due in Next Month [No Highlight]
Cancellation Reasons
The referrals and requests terminated within the last calendar month are displayed by default, along with the cancellation reason used.
- List of Referrals and Requests cancelled in the last month are displayed by default
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges.
Referrals Received
The referrals received within the last month are displayed by default, along with the referral pathway and priority so that the source of the referrals is documented and recorded.
- List of Referrals received in the last month are displayed by default
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges.
Requests Vs. Targets
List of Request duration (time) against the request target time fare compared to provide the user with an operational report displaying requests that have breached the target [Red], have breached the warning target [Amber] or that are currently on-time.
- List of Requests in progress in the last month are displayed by default
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges.
Note: The #Hours Elapsed and #Hours Remaining can be affected by removing the time being counted in the calculations i.e. 'on-hold' users
- Select the [Pencil] to assign users to exclude and re-apply filters.
Service Agreement Detail
List of Service Agreements with funder and key identifiers for the Service User.
- Lists all Service Agreements with a commencement date in the last month by default
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges
Service Agreement Equipment
List of installed Service Agreement Equipment.
- Lists all Service Agreements where Equipment has an Installation date in the last month by default
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges
Service Agreement Services
List of Service Agreements, the services on the agreement, along with their funders
- List of Service Agreements activated in the last month are displayed by default.
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges.
Stock Item Detail
A list of stock items within the inventory, displaying all stock item details. Please note: this report may take a long time to run due to the potentially large dataset it is returning.
- All stock items are displayed by default
Stock Item Expiry Dates
List of stock items that have an expiration due in the next month, week or overdue are displayed in a gird along with their location.
- List of Stock Items nearing an expiry date are displayed by default
- Overdue [Red]
- Due in next week [Amber]
- Due in Next Month [No Highlight]
Note: Multiple expiry dates will only display one record
Store Stock Levels
A list of stock, the current stock level and the minimum level is displayed in a grid so that minimum stock levels can be managed on the Primary stores.
- List of Stock, stock levels and stores are displayed by default
- Stores with the minimum level breached are displayed in Red
Task SLA
A list of completed tasks, along with their SLA statuses and other information
- A list of tasks created in the last month will be shown by default
- Changing the date filters will display different date ranges
- Any tasks that are overdue their SLA targets will be highlighted in red
- Any tasks nearing SLA targets will be highlighted in yellow
Termination Reasons
The Service Agreements Terminated within the last month are displayed by default, along with the duration on service and the termination reason. Agreements terminated with no service user are omitted from the result set, and the dates selected can be changed to show a different date range.
