Some data within the suite of applications may not synchronise between Service Manager and PNC typically for system environmental issues or other data related issues. This data can now be re-indexed by a system administrator. Selecting the action button 'Re-sync' at the side of a singular message will attempt to re-synchronise that individual message.
Selecting 'Re-synchronise All' will attempt to resynchronise all the messages, please be aware that this may slow down the system performance during the resynchronising.
If the resynchronising does not correct the failed messages then an information warning message will be displayed.
When the resynchronisation is complete a green indicator on the done will be displayed indicating it is complete
