Stock Management

Stock management will enable users to have correct stock in order to provide to residents and dwellings.

Stock, stock types and manufacturers can be created and edited within the application.  The creation and management of stock is not exclusive to Telecare stock.  

Initially stock that is within the PNC equipment tables will be synchronised with Service Manager as part of the initial synchronisation.  Stock that is pre-defined within PNC will not be editable within Service Manager.

If you intend to scan stock items using a bar code scanner then stock characteristics must be managed within the Stock section
