Telecare Referral Service Order

The purpose of this document is to provide a specification for Ordering Telecare equipment for the Service User.  This is also known as referring a Service User.  It provides an integration point for a third party provider to interact with the Service Provider to support the on boarding of Telecare Users.  

The Telecare Referral Service should be used to send Referral information for the Service User through to the Service Provider, so that they can increase the quality and quantity of referrals.
