Validate Referral and Match with Open Request
When a referral is validated you will now be able to link a Referral to an open Change Request or Installation Request so that the new Referral will create a new Service Agreement linked to the agreement with the open request. This allows a Mr and Mrs Referral to be linked if these referrals are processed at different times, rather than on the same referral.
