Add General Task Types
- Select Administration then Task Types
- Select [Add]
- Enter a Name, Optional description, Select a Scope
- Use the colour picker to select a colour
- Add Duration (in minutes)
- Select [Save]
Add Request Task Type
- Select Administration then Task Types
- Select [Add]
- Enter a Name, Optional description, Select a Scope
- Use the colour picker to select a colour
- Add Duration (in minutes)
- Tick 'Is Request Type'
- Select Request Type from drop down
- Optionally Select 'Is Default' - will added by default to every Request of that type
- Optionally enter SLA's (in hours)
- Optionally select the form to add to the task form the drop down
- Select [Add]
- Forms can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping
- Use the Trash Can icon to remove forms
- Select [Save] to save to task type
OR
- Select [Cancel] to discard changes
Note: You may only have one of each type of predefined section per task type - ie one Service User Details Section, even if these exist of different forms

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
