Archive Cancellation Reasons
- Select Administration then Cancellation Reasons
- Search for the Reason to Archive
- Select the Bin Icon next to the Reason you want to Archive
- Select [Archive] or [Delete]
Note: Reasons that have been used within the application can only be Archived, Reasons that have not been used can be deleted
UnArchive Cancellation Reasons
- Select Administration then Cancellation Reasons
- Search for the Reason to UnArchive
- Select the Pencil Icon next to the Reason you want to UnArchive
- Select [UnArchive]
