Change Password

Change Own Password

Once logged into the system

• Select your Username to show menu
• Select [Change Password]
• Enter Current Password
• Enter New Password
• Confirm New Password
• Select [Save]

Note: New Password cannot be the same as your Current Password

Administrator Change Password

Log in as a user with Administrator Role

• Navigate to Manage Users
• Select the User whose password you want to change
• Select [Edit]
• Enter New Password
• Confirm New Password
• Select the checkbox to force user to reset their password when they Log In
• Select [Save]
• The User will be asked to change their password at the next log in
