Within this SDP portal from Cognito users can manage Lookup Lists that can be selected and used within the system and can allocate workers to 'Star i.e. *CG12345"addresses supplied by Cognito. If a user of the system designs a new work-flow then the new work-flow will be provisioned to the devices from this.
The default set of lookup lists that will be present in the application are listed in the table below, if these reasons need to be changed then they must be changed in the Cognito portal in the lookup list editor section and in the PNC suite API.
