Scheduling Tasks with FFiQ
The FFiQ portal allows users to view task details, task status, task attachments and create portal users and workers.
In this area of the portal the following can be completed
Portal User Administration: Management of User accounts to login to the portal. Defining User permissions and User security and password management. User permissions make use of Roles.
Role Administration: Management of Role configuration: a collection of permissions to pages and functionality which can then easily be assigned to Users.
Worker Administration: Management of Worker configuration. A Worker is any person who performs Activities which are recorded and reported within the system. A Worker must be associated with a Worker Type and a Node in the Organisation reporting hierarchy.
Organisation Administration: Management of the Organisation reporting hierarchy. Each Node (element in the hierarchy) is assigned to a parent Node and a Node Type. Future dated organisation changes can also be configured.
Audit Event Viewer: Viewing of Audit Events.
Check list View: Vehicle checks or vehicle damage reports captured in the mobile device can be viewed in this area
Daily Schedules: Gant View of worker activities is displayed showing worker status over time.
Find Task: Ability to find tasks by date range or task ID, with the ability to view all the task details
Time sheet: Shift durations, shift start and end times and shift maps can be viewed within this report
Travel distance: The distances travelled by workers can be viewed in this area
Note: Other Operational, Performance and Planning areas of this portal are not currently is use.
