FFiQ Mobile Application
The mobile application installed on the devices allows data to be captured about the Service user, Stock to be allocated / De-Allocated from stores along with photos and signatures captured. Data is encrypted locally on the device and passed back to the Service Management application when the visit is completed. No data will transfer back to service manager until the visit is completed and the device has data connection.
The standard work-flow that is supplied from Tunstall is the following:
Multiple visits will go through steps, 2, 3 and 4 of this work-flow, travelling between appointments until the working day is completed.
