Field Force Management with FFiQ
This document will guide you through the features and functions of the Tunstall mobile solution powered by Cognito that will allow you to capture and record your daily activities on a mobile device. All the features of the workflow are covered, but there are some features which you may not use initially. Your trainer or Manager will be able to advise as to which features will be used.
The Guide aims to step through the features in a logical order representing a typical day including: The Start and End of Day process, the completion of a visit with travel to/from a customer and your daily administration function including Time Card completion.
Buttons that can be selected will be indicated by a [square] bracket around the button text.
