Reactivate Service User
When a Service User has left the Service and had their Service Agreement terminated, they then return to the service, you can Reactivate their terminated agreement
This will create a new Service Agreement with a pending Installation request, all the Service User details will be copied from the terminated agreement
Note: Assessments and Equipment will not be copied to the new Service Agreement
- Search for the terminated Service Agreement you wish to Reactivate
- Select the Reactivate Icon
- Select [OK] to confirm the reactivation
OR
- Select [Cancel] to abort the reactivation
Note: Reactivation works like a referral match so there are a few end result options
- Reactivate a single unlinked Service User where equipment was deallocated - Pending agreement, pending installation request
- Reactivate a single unlinked Service User where there is a remaining equipment only dwelling - Active agreement, pending installation request
- Reactivate a Service User where there are linked agreements - Active agreement, pending installation request
