Service Manager Referral Pathways
Service Manager has three defined work flows:
- Installation: A new installation is always initiated through a new referral, following which stock items are optionally picked and allocated. Installations can be a new dispersed equipment, moving into an existing dwelling with equipment or moving into an existing dwelling where another Service user already exists. The following sections within Service User Management will assist with the completion of an installation request.
- Change: These requests deal with the ongoing maintenance, adding, upgrading and removing of Service User Stock items. These requests are used to manage the changes to Service User Stock Items.
- Decommission: These requests manage the cessation of the Service Agreement for the Service User, invariably involving the removal of stock items from the dwelling. In the cases where the stock items are remaining in the dwelling (for example Scheme Modules then the Decommission will just involve the cessation of the agreement.
