Referral Management

This allows the application user to record key information about a prospective Service User and about the person making the referral.


The date of the referral must be captured so that the time elapsed from referral to assessment and to installation can be recorded.  Once the initial referral is entered you may then also add notes, which can include next steps to take when the referral has been recorded.  A referral can be marked as urgent if desired.  The default priority is 'normal', this is so urgent referrals are highlighted to the Service Delivery team.
