Add Referral

From the home page Select Referrals
Select Add Referral
Select the Referral Form to use from the drop down
Enter all known information into the referral form
Select [Save] - The Referral will be saved in Manage Referrals and can be edited before Validation

Select [Validate] - See Validation Process

Select [Cancel] which will cancel the creation of the referral

Note: The Referral Forms available will be dependant on the Logged In Users Scope

Add Referral from PNC

From the dwelling list
Select Options
Select New Referral, which will launch the new referral page, continue as above

Note: The validation process compares the referral against all existing service agreements and prevents duplicate service users from being created.

Note: A field validation warning message will be displayed to indicate the required fields for saving a referral - this required fields will vary will depending on how the Form was configured see Form Design

Note: Referring organisation and/or team, which facilitates the analysis of referrals by referral path

Note: A service user's address may be added either by using the address lookup or by manual input

Note: The Notes section can be used to capture any other relevant referral information. These notes will be kept and transferred into the Installation request or change request once the referral is validated

Note: The referral default priority is 'normal', a referral can be marked as urgent if desired

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
