Referral Forms, Assessments and Task Forms that are used within the Application can be created, saved as draft, published and archived so that Administrators can control what data is captured within the Forms. Sections, Questions and answers can be reused from previous templates to ease form creation or new sections, questions and answers can be created by the Administrator. Systems can have multiple Form templates, based on their scope so care should be taken to ensure that there is a viable form available before archiving forms.
