Multiple Prospects

You can create multiple Service Agreements from one referral, all sharing one installation request

Add a Referral in the usual way, but under Other Service Users Section

• Select [Add]
• Continue with the Referral Form
• Select [Save] - The Referral will be saved in Manage Referrals and can be edited before Validation

Or

• Select [Validate] - See Validation Process

Or

• Select [Cancel] which will cancel the creation of the referral
