Move Service User

Like the 'move to dwelling' feature in PNC a user can be moved from one Agreement to another allowing a Service User to be temporarily moved to another dwelling in PNC for a short term move. When a Service User is moved the other Service Agreement will be left live so that the Service User can move back in after a period or respite for example.

Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement

Select a service agreement to open the service agreement summary page
Select Move Service User button, which will launch the Move Service user Page
Enter the search criteria to find the Service Agreement that you want to move the Service User to and the existing agreements will be displayed

Note: The search criteria in this page is the same as the Search Service Agreement criteria

Select the radio button at the side of the agreement that you want to move them into
Select the Move button to complete the operation

Note: Selecting an agreement with no resident will move the Service User into the empty dwelling and into the Service Agreement

Note: Selecting an agreement with an existing resident will move the Service User into the dwelling as a second resident and into a new agreement

Note: All the Service User details and contacts will migrate to the new agreement with the Service User

Note: You will not be able to move a Service User into a dwelling in a different control centre or where a request is in progress
