Search Service Agreements
In order to access the service agreement and to action the various tabs you need to search for the service agreement. Details of the service user can be viewed and edited through their service agreement record.
- From the home page Select Service Agreements
- Select Search Service Agreements
- Enter search criteria
- Service User Address,
- Service User Surname,
- Service User Forename,
- PNC Equipment ID,
- Service Agreement ID,
- Service User Phone Number(s),
- NHS Number,
- NI Number,
- Social Care Reference Number
- Click the hyper-link on the Service Agreement number to view details (Defaults to Service Agreement summary you can also access Contacts, Equipment, Requests, Assessments )
Note:* will search all Service Agreements and " " at either end of a search word will perform and exact match.
- Service Agreement Summary
- Selecting more details within the Summary tab will display more details for the Service User and Agreement. See sections Service User Details and Agreement Details. for more details
- Contacts
- To view contact details for the service user, see section Contact Details for more details
- History
- To view the Status, Service Level, and Previous Agreement Histories, see xxxxxxx for more details
- Call History
- To view the Call History for the Service Agreement
- Audit
- To view all the changes made to the Service Agreement, see xxxxxxxxx for more details
Troubleshooting
