Editing Service User's Details
The Service User's details are added during the new referral process. These details can be edited through the Service Agreement, as more demographic and Service User Identification numbers are gathered during the referral and installation process
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
- Select the Service User hyper link from the service agreement profile page to display the Service user details page
OR
- Select the Pencil Icon to launch the page in Edit mode
- Select [Edit] to allow modifications to be made to the service user details
- Keywords are selected from a pre-populated list, this list is managed and synchronised from PNC
- Service User Characteristics are selected from a pre-populated list, this list is managed and synchronised from PNC
- Demographic details are selected from pre-populated combination lists of demographic details
- Select [Save] to save the changes
OR
- Select [Cancel] to cancel any edits that were made
- Selecting the breadcrumb for the Service Agreement 'Service User Name' will return back to the Service Agreement Summary page
Note: All details of the service user will synchronise with PNC (excluding the Service User demographic information). This synchronisation for a new Service User will only occur when the PNC Equipment ID has been generated.
