Service Users Details

All details of the service user will synchronise with PNC (excluding the Service User demographic information)

Service user details recorded are comprised of:

• Titles, Names, DOB,  
• Contact Details, Address  
• Unique identifiers (Used primarily for synchronisation and data exchange with participating systems e.g. Social Services ID, NHS Number, NI Number)  
• Demographic Details (e.g. Gender, Religion, Ethnicity, Language)
• Service User Keywords
• Service User Characteristics

The basic service user details, including address, name and date of birth are captured on the new referral and are populated in the Service user details page.  These details can be edited through the Service Agreement.
