Linked Service Agreements

If two service users reside within the same residency and share the same equipment then the service agreements will be linked.

These linked service agreements will be displayed in the service agreement summary page through a linked service user details.  

• In the summary page select the hyper-link in the linked service users section to navigate between service agreements

Note: Editing one service users' equipment will automatically edit the other service users' agreement when the request is closed
