View Profile Page
To View Service Agreement Profile Page:
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
- Select a service agreement to open the service agreement profile page
- The current state of the Service Agreement will be displayed, and highlighted accordingly. The banner at the top also shows how long the Service Agreement has been in the current state.
- Blue - Pending
- Yellow - Suspended
- Red - Decommissioned
- Key information about the Service Agreement is detailed, Name, Agreement Number,, Authority, Address, Equipment, first Contact
- There is optionally a Service User Profile Image, and Keywords and Any linked Service Agreements are shown
- Status, Assessments, Tasks and Requests status are shown, select any of the items to see the detail
- Grey - No action required
- Yellow - Action required within 30 days
- Red - Action is overdue
- Services are displayed, highlighted accordingly
- Grey - No action required
- Yellow - Action required within 30 days
- Red - Action is overdue
- Recent Activity, shows the last 10 actions taken against the Service Agreement, optionally including calls
- Requests, Created/Completed/Cancelled
- Tasks, Created/Completed/Cancelled
- Assessments, Created/Completed
- Calls
Note: A service user will have a commencement date set as part of the installation work flow.
