Requests are a collection of activities that are completed in order to effect change for a service user during their lifetime on the service.
These requests will be managed and dealt with by various system users. These active requests can be searched for through the workspace. Requests also have the capability to add notes and add document links.
Service Users will be linked if they share the same equipment and reside at the same dwelling.
Note: When a single request is in process for a Service User no other requests can be created on the Linked Service User.
Note: A change to a linked service user's equipment will update multiple service agreements, a dialogue/pop up window will advise of this
