Searching for Requests in Workspace

Workspace and Requests

The Service agreements that are undergoing change can be viewed and selected from within the workspace section of the application.  

• From the home page Select Service Agreements  
• Select Workspace

Note: The search grid will default to My View showing the application user all their pending assigned and responsible requests by default.  To Search for unassigned or Requests assigned to other users, and other states, switch to Advanced Search  

• Enter the search criteria for the Request. The search can include up to 4 criteria separated by a space:

• Service User Address
• Service User Surname
• Service User Forename
• PNC Equipment ID
• Service Agreement ID
• Request Type
• Application User Assigned to
• Application User Responsible for
• Select [Search] to show the results

Note: * will search all requests and " " at either end of a search word will perform and exact match

Note: You can also choose to include Closed / Cancel requests however these are omitted from the search results by default
