Service Users Contacts

The service user may have multiple contacts associated with their care provision, these can be associated in the service agreement through the contacts tab of the service agreement.  Associated contacts may have various attributes which will be recorded during the referral process but may be updated throughout the delivery of the service.  


Contacts must be allocated to a contact type e.g. Brother.  A flag may be added to indicate that the contact is Next of Kin or a key holder.  


Pre-existing contacts can be searched for and associated to the service user, creating a new contact relationship to the association.  


If the contact's details are changed in PNC these changes will synchronise with Service Manager and vice versa.


Service Manage only deals with Personal contacts, it does not deal with shared contacts associated with Dwellings or Schemes.  These should be maintained within PNC.
