Searching for an existing contact 
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
 
- Select the contacts tab on the service agreement summary page 
 
- Select [Add] 
 
- Enter the search criteria for the contact. The search can include up to 4 criteria separated by a space: 
 
- Contact forename or surname
 
- Contact Telephone Number
 
- Contact Relationship
 
- Use the Advanced Search to search against specific fields
 
- Select [Search] to display a list of all matching contact records.  If there are no contacts that match the search criteria then nothing will be displayed 
 
- The number of relationships that each contact already has will be displayed in the Relationships column to promote contact re-use.  The number of contacts matching the search criteria will be displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the search results.
 
- Select an existing contact from the search results to create a relationship to an existing contact
 
- Select [Add] to start the creation of a new contact 
 
Note: * will search all contacts which will take some time when you have thousands of contacts.  
Note: The contacts of best match will be sorted to the top of the grid.
