Create a New Contact for a Service User

• Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
• Select the contacts tab on the service agreement summary page
• Select [Add]
• Select [New] to open the new contact creation page    
• Enter the contacts details and Select [Save] to create a new contact

OR

• Select [Cancel] to cancel the New Contact creation

Note: The contacts address details does not become mandatory unless the 'Address Known' check box is selected. If the contact is a funder, i.e. pays for the Service Users' service then an address must be entered.
