Creating a Relationship to an Existing Contact
- Search for the Service User: See Section: Search Service Agreement
- Select the contacts tab on the service agreement summary page which will display all contacts associated with the selected service user
- Select [Add] in the service agreement contacts page
- Search for a contact
- Select an existing contact from the Search results
- Select a Contact Type
- The only contact details that can be added is a new Relationship (Contact Type) and optionally the N.o.K. and Key Holder relationships.
- Select [Save] to create a new contact relationship.
Or
- Select [Cancel] to cancel the contact creation.
Note: To edit the contact's details after the relationship has been created see Editing Contact Details
