Service User Assessment

This is the ability within Service Manager to record the service user Telecare Assessment


The recording of an assessment includes:


The needs of the service user are reviewed at predefined intervals throughout the delivery of the service. This review focuses on the current risks as identified by the prescribed Telecare prescription.


A new assessment can be created from the latest existing saved assessment for the service user and the details refreshed and brought up to date or alternatively a completely new assessment can be created and the previous answers on the assessment disregarded.


Note: Assessments can be configured within the application to be an optional step, contact your Customer Support Engineer or trainer if this is a requirement to be turned off.  


Note: An assessment must be completed with a future dated review date for stock to be allocated as part of a request if an Assessment is configured to be a required step in the referral process
