Logging In

To Log In

• Launch Service Manager
• Enter User Name and Password
• Select [Submit]
• You will be redirected to the Home Page

Windows Log On

• If your windows user exists within Service Manager
• Select [Windows Logon]
• You will be redirected to the Home Page

Note: If it is the first time of logging in, you will be asked to Accept Terms and Conditions* before being redirected

Note: If you enter an incorrect password a configured number of times, then you will be locked out of the system for the configured amount of minutes

Why can't I see the data I expect to see? Ensure your Role assignment is correct, if so see Scope
