Manual Stock Item Search

To search for stock manually

• From the Home page Select Inventory
• Select Search Stock Items
• The search defaults to a Manual, Basic search
• Enter search criteria
• The search can include up to 4 criteria - Separated by a space:
• Serial Number
• PNC Equipment ID
• Stock
• Manufacturer
• Stock Type
• Location (Store or Service User Address)
• Status
• PNC Scheme ID
• PNC Speech Module ID
• Owner
• Issue Number

You can switch to Advanced Search to be more specific about the field in which you want to look for the search criteria you have entered

• Select Advanced Search
• Advanced Search options will be opened

Note:

* will search all stock items

" " at either end of a search word will perform and exact match

• Use the hyper-link to view the stock item
