It shows current information relating to the Service Agreement with links to histories where applicable
Colours and tags are used to draw the users eye towards the important information information on the page.

Request, Task and Assessment Status.
Each item highlighted Blue = Pending, Grey = Active/None, Yellow = Warning, Red = Overdue/Needs Action
Keyword and Linked Service Agreements
Keywords are shown as tags, with the detail shown when hovered over
Any linked Service Agreements will be shown with a hyper link to the linked Agreement
