Reactivate Service Agreement

A terminated Service Agreement with a person can be reactivated. This will create a new Service Agreement, using the details of the terminated one, with a pending installation request.

Service User details, including Keywords, Characteristics, Address details, including Dwelling Characteristics, Key Safe and Contacts

Where two or more Service Agreements are reactivated at the same address, they will share the Installation request

A history of the previous agreement will be recorded in the history tab, under previous agreements
