An Active Service Agreement can be Suspended, this highlights the agreement in Yellow and sets the status to Suspended.
Suspension does not affect the record in PNC
A Suspension Date and Reason must be set, a Resume Date can be optionally set
Once suspended, the Resume button will become enabled
The Suspension Reason and Resume date (if set) will be displayed
Requests can still be added to a Suspended Agreement
An entry will be recorded in the Status History table
