Scheduling Data
Here you can configure the data used in the third part field force management tool, repeat the process for each tab
Add a New Item
- Select Administration, then Scheduling Data
- Select [Add]
- Type in a Code
- Type in a Description
- Select [Add] to Save changes
OR
- Select [Cancel] to discard changes
- Repeat until all items are added
Note: Any tabs where edits have been made will show with a pencil icon
- Once all items are added
- Select [Save] to Send the data to the third party system
Note: If you navigate away from this page without select [Save] all edits will be lost
Edit an Existing Item
- Select Administration, then Scheduling
- Select the Tab you want to Edit
- Select the Pencil icon next to the item you want to Edit
- Edit the Description
Note: Code cannot be edited
- Select [OK] to Save changes
OR
- Select [Cancel] to discard changes
- Repeat this for all items that require edits
Note: Any tabs where edits have been made will show with a pencil icon
- Once all items are added
- Select [Save] to Send the data to the third party system
Delete an Existing Item
- Select Administration, then Scheduling
- Select the Tab you want to Edit
- Select [OK] to Remove the Item
OR
- Select [Cancel] to discard changes
- Repeat this for all items that require Removing
Note: Any tabs where edits have been made will show with a pencil icon
- Once all items are added
- Select [Save] to Send the data to the third party system
