Archive Print Definition

Archive Print Definition

• Select Administration then Print Definitions
• Select the Trash Can icon next to the Print Definition you wish to Archive
• Select either [Archive] or [Delete]

OR

• Select [Cancel] to return
• The Print Definition will be marked as Archived or Deleted

       Note: Archived Print Definitions can be UnArchived, Deleted are permanently deleted

       Note: Archived Print Definitions are not available for selection within the application

UnArchive Print Definition

• Select Administration then Print Definitions
• Select Edit icon next to the Print Definition you wish to UnArchive
• Select [UnArchive}

       Note: The Print Definition is now available for selection again
