Synchronisation of Service Manager and PNC

First time Synchronisation

As part of the first time synchronisation of PNC to Service Manager the following standing data and characteristics are synchronised to Service Manager User Manual

• PNC Groups (System, Region, Control Centres and Authorities)
• Stock Manufacturers
• Stock Types
• Stock Models
• Termination Reason(s)
• Contact Type(s)

Following the standing data being synchronised to Service Manager User Manual each Resident in PNC is synchronised to Service Manager User Manual and an individual Service Agreement is created for each Service User, which contains the following PNC Data.

• Resident Name
• Resident Address
• Resident Identifiers (NI Number etc.)
• Resident Contacts (personal only)
• Equipment Model
• Equipment ID
• Activation Date
• Termination Date

Optionally the additional Equipment that is allocated to the Residents within the Dwelling Equipment record can be synchronised through to the Service Agreement, such as

• Pendants / Triggers
• Sensors

Another available option is to import the Equipment that is in the Equipment database that is not allocated to a Resident.  This available stock can be allocated to a default dummy warehouse/store that can be created within Service Manager User Manual
