 Service Agreement/Request:

 Referral

An initial entry point of a service user into the service

 Service Agreement

A service user has a service agreement for the time that they are receiving a service

 Service Agreement Number

A unique identifier for each service agreement

 Service User

A person who is receiving the service

 Service User Telephone Number

The service users primary telephone number, commonly associated to the equipment as the equipment telephone    number

 Referral Date

The date that the initial referral into the service was made

 Scope

Scope describes capabilities that a user, organisation, referral, request, store or contact can be associated.  The scopes are tied to levels commonly known as Authority, Control Centre, Region or PNC (System Level).

 Hierarchy

The hierarchy is the scope that a user can view and edit.

 Authority

The group that the Service user belongs to, used for handling calls within PNC

 System

A group within the application that entities with the system can belong to

 <Default Control Centre>

The authorities within the system will belong a control centre group in Service Manager User Manual 16.1.843 there is only one control centre

 <Default Region>

The authorities within the system will belong a region, in Service Manager User Manual 16.1.843 there is only one region

 PNC

The authorities within the system will belong a PNC group in Service Manager User Manual 16.1.843 there is only one PNC Group

 Priority

The priority of the referral and request indicating the urgency

 Service Level

The level of service being given to the service user for their service delivery, commonly associated with costs and services

 Service Type

The type of services being offered to the service user as part of their service delivery

 Commenced On

The date that the service commenced

 Terminated On

The date that the service terminated

 Terminated Reason

The reason that the service was terminated

 Funder

The person or organisation that is assigned as the payer for the service delivery

 Contact

Contact is a person who has been nominated by the service user to respond to the needs of the service user

 Contact Relationship

The relationship of the contact to the service user in terms of their service delivery

 Assessment

The risks, benefits and outcomes associated to a service user, in terms of their service delivery

 Request

A collection of activities that take place on a Service Users Service Agreement to effect change

 Request Status

Used to show the progress of a request and the state of the change

 Workspace

An area of the application to view and access the current requests that are open

 Assigned

The application user that is assigned to a request to effect change

 Responsible

The application user that is responsible for effecting change

 Request Type

The type of change that is being done on the Service User's Service Agreement

 Decommission

The final stage in the service users service where all devices and services are removed

 Installation

The initial installation of the service users service and devices

 Change Request

A change to an existing service users service

 Inventory:  

 Manufacturer Name

The manufacturer of the stock

 Stock

The model of the stock produced by the manufacturer

 Stock Type

The type of model that is produced by the manufacturer

 Stock Item

An individual item of stock

 PNC Equipment ID

The unique ID that is used within the PNC system

 Serial Number

The unique serial number for a stock item

 Status

A state of a stock item is displayed by its status

 Warranty Expires On

The date that the warranty expires for the item of stock

 Next Service Due On

The date that the next service is due on an item of stock

 Maintenance Expires On

The date that maintenance cover expired and requires inspecting

 Battery Expires On

The date that a battery expires and requires inspecting

 Installed On

The date that an item of stock is installed

 Owner

The owner of the equipment will be the person or organisation that owns the equipment

 PNC Equipment Telephone

A telephone number that is used to communicate with the equipment

 Location

Is the address if the service user who is allocated to the stock or a store location

 Store

The store location is a warehouse where stock items can be located when not allocated to a service agreement

 Expires On

The date in which the stock item expires on base from the manufacture date and the expected life expectancy

 Expected Life Expectancy

The life expectancy that Tunstall assign to a product that is supplied or manufactured

 Sensor Battery Type

The battery type within the sensor

 Radio Battery Type

The battery type within the radio transmitter

 Part Number

The unique number that is assigned to a stock type

 Manufactured On

The data that a stock item is manufactured (WK/YY)

 Issue Number

The version number of a stock item

 Barcode String

The collection of identifiers for a stock item that are grouped together to create a unique bar code string

 Stock Package

A notional collection of stock types that are grouped together for picking stock items to fulfil a Service User Risks

 Administration

 User

An application user

 Role Type

A collection of operations that are grouped into a role type to control the access permissions of the users

 Work Group

Is a collection of users working within the same area of the operation to allow for the allocation of requests

 Operation

An operation is action taken by the user within the application that are collectively grouped into role types, delivered through the AzMan store

 Organisation

An organisation is an entity that can be assigned as the referring organisation, the funder paying for the service or the owner of the equipment

 Team

A team is a group within the organisation entity
