Task Conflicts

If a task is completed in FFiQ with information that conflicts the current state of the request in Service Manager


Stock items are now in a Damaged state.

Stocks items are no longer in a store that the technician is assigned to.

Stock items have been installed elsewhere.

Stocks items are reserved on another request.


If a task is marked as in Conflict, all the task details will be recorded against the task, but the changes will not be updated in the domain
