The Service Order message is separated into discrete parts, which are the:

• General Referral Data

• Service User: Who is being referred?
• Assessment: Why are they being referred?
• Referrer: Who is placing the order?

There are some re-usable elements within this message such as contact details, names or addresses that are re-used within these sections.
