PNC Call History

Within the Service Agreement of a Service User you can now view the last 10 calls on that dwelling within the Service Agreement Summary page / Calls.


The Recent Activity section of the profile page will include the last 10 calls for the SA if there are any, these can be excluded from the list by un-checking the box



The Call History tab will show all the calls for the Service Agreement, selecting the call will show the details of that call
