Add New User
To add a New User
- From Home Select Administration
- Select Manage Users
- Select [Add] from the Manage Users
- Enter all information required
- External User Name: Enter any series of letters and numbers. for example: "jjones", "j.jones" or "j.jones1"
- Domain/Windows User: Enter a username in the format domain/user. For example: "PNC-DEV/jjones"
- Password: Must be at least 8 characters in length and must contain at least 1 of each of the following characters; lowercase, uppercase, number and symbols. For example "Pa55w0rd#"
- Scope: Click hyper-link to drill down in order to find required access level, tick once desired level is reached. Repeat if more levels are required. House button will take you back to the highest level of access.
- Select [Save]
